As of Feb 2007:

  In the past we asked troops camping at council camps to fill out both

  the troop camping and trip applications.  Now we ask you to fill out

  only the troop camping application.   If you are staying at an

  off-council camp, you need to fill out only the trip application.

Bank Authorization: Existing Troops - Fill out this form to indicate bank changes for existing troops.

Bank Authorization: New Troops - Fill out this form to indiate bank information for new troops.

SU Check Request - Fill out this form to request a check be written.

SU Deposit Request - Use this form to accompany any money you are turning in to the Service Unit for deposit.

Event Registration - select from a .pdf or a .doc file to print or download

Event Application - fill out this form if you plan to host a Service Unit event.  The form should be completed and submitted to the SU Director at least 2-3 months prior to the event.

Trip Form - fill out the fields and click the Submit button to submit your trip form by email.

Permission to Participate - Permission form for parents to sign for girls to participate in an event.

Join Girl Scouts:  Scout / Adult Registration - register your child or volunteer on line

Community Service Form (Contributing to Society)- use this form to log the community service projects completed by your troop.  Mail it to the Community Service Chairperson or bring it to the next Service Unit Meeting.
